Sol started her career here at BAT in 2016 as Behavioral Therapist. After couple years in the field she felt a greater passion in helping more families simultaneously by engaging in greater administrative responsibilities. She was part of the scheduling team for 2 years, where she focused on planning, organizing, scheduling workers, and working hand in hand with our clinical team to ensure that we give our best to our consumers. In 2019, Sol transitioned to the Human Resource department. She is now currently making a great impact in our company as a Human Resource recruiter and Human Resource assistant. She helps with bringing great candidates on board and overseeing the people aspects of our organization. She received her B.A. in Psychology at University of California, Irvine and is currently enrolled in the M.S. Organizational Psychology program at Azusa Pacific University. On her spare time, she enjoys traveling, reading and spending time with her loved ones.
Beatris is new to the administrative team. She began her career with BAT in 2019 as a Behavioral Therapist and after a few months transitioned into the HR team as an HR assistant/recruiter. She received her BA in Sociology from California State University San Bernardino in 2018 and is currently enrolled there again, pursuing her MS in Counseling and Guidance. Aside from working behind the scenes with the administrative team to help improve the lives of our kiddos, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, reading, listening to music/podcasts, and most of all spending time with her twin little sisters!
