 This workshop helps families understand what an appropriate Individual Transition Plan includes to support children with IEPs as they transition from high school to adult services. You will learn about programs that can support your child’s transition to adult life, such as those available through the Social Security Administration, the Department of Rehabilitation and Regional Center. You will also learn about strategies to help your child live independently and become a stronger self-advocate.
