Natalie Garcia is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), with several years of experience working with children and families. Her training and expertise is in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) include Discrete Trial Training, Pivotal Response Training, and Positive Behavior Support Strategies. She has provided services in the home, school, and community settings, conducting functional behavioral assessments as well as developing and implementing behavior intervention plans. She has also been involved in developing a parent support group. Natalie Garcia also administers diagnostic assessments for a variety of disorders, in Spanish and English.
Natalie Garcia earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from the University of California, Riverside and her Master’s Degree in Clinical Psychology with an emphasis in Family Psychology from Azusa Pacific University. She is also a member of the American Psychological Association.

Elizabeth Sullivan is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst with over 10 years of experience working with children and families in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis. She has sustained and broad-ranging experience implementing Discrete Trial Training, Pivotal Response Training, and Positive Behavior Interventions and Supports in both English and Spanish. Prior to becoming a BCBA, Elizabeth was a published research associate with expertise in Special Education and Family, School, and Community Engagement in inner-city public schools in New York City. Elizabeth earned her master’s degree from Northeastern University from Boston, Massachusetts.

Tamara is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst who has been providing ABA services to individuals with Autism and other developmental disabilities since 2016, earning her certification in 2020. She has vast experience in implementing ABA methodologies such as Discrete Trial Training (DTT), Pivotal Response Training (PRT), and Verbal Behavior (VB) as well as providing parent training, new hire training and supervising therapists. Tamara specializes in developing and implementing behavior intervention plans and designing individualized programs that focus on improving communication, language, social, cognitive, adaptive, and self-help skills. She earned her B.A. In Communicative Disorders from California State University, Fullerton in 2017, and her M.S. In Applied Behavioral Analysis from National University in 2019. She has been working with B.A.T. since 2017 as a Behavioral Therapist, moving up to Clinical Supervisor. Tamara also has prior experience in the public-school setting as a substitute teacher. In her free time, Tamara enjoys beach days and trips to Disneyland.
